Trails-end Popcorn Sale is the key fundraising program offered through the Council that provides fun to Scouts who experience the satisfaction of making and achieving their sales goal. Top sellers earn great prizes and other recognition, including a Popcorn Party at the end of the season for top sellers. In addition, the campaign provides funds for Scouting operations through the year, with over 70% of sales going toward local programs.

Popcorn Sales forms were distributed at the September 4th Den meetings. Please review the information and contact your Den Leader or Shawn Ward with any questions.

Spook-O-Ree registration is now open

One of the Council’s favorite camping events each Fall is our annual Spook-O-Ree Cub Scout Camporee! The weather is a bit cooler, making it a great time to spend the weekend with fellow Cub Scouts and family members! To register please follow the link on our Home page. More details for the event, including this year’s theme, will be available as the event dates approach.

Pinewood Derby and Blue and Gold Banquet

Saturday, February 18, 2017 we will have our Pinewood Derby Competition at 4:00 pm in Swede Hall at Camp Brorein.  We will give out awards and hold our annual Blue and Gold Banquet afterwards.  There is no charge for the Derby and Banquet.

Den popcorn parents needed!

We are looking for parents to volunteer to become a "popcorn parent" for each Den. You will help to collect orders, distribute the popcorn when it comes in, and coordinate scouts to man the tables fat Publix and Lowes in November. If you are interested, contact your Den leader.

Due to a scheduling conflict, McKitrick cannot allow us to have our meetings on the second monday of the month.  We are changing the Pack 9 meetings to the second TUESDAY of each month instead. Our Next meeting will be Tuesday November 10, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the McKitrick Cafeteria.  See you then!
